My client, a well known and extremely well respected financial services provider with large offices in the heart of Bristol, are looking for a Campaign Manager to work within their digital projects team.
The successful candidate will be a result orientated leader with the ability to drive and deliver outstanding campaign results for a mixture of big brand, in house product work and on behalf of clients. The varied portfolio of work will require excellent leadership skills and a strategic approach to campaign planning.
The team is undergoing a transformation as such they plan to form small agile teams within the department (squads) which will be focussed on specific marketing goals. Your role in these projects will be to project manage the delivery of these campaigns including design, copy, tools and calculators and will be targeted at acquiring new ISA clients or expanding SIPP client portfolios.
The Campaign Manager will be key to communicating across the squads, monitoring campaign performance an ensuring that successful elements are replicated within other squad campaigns, you will have an open approach to knowledge sharing and the ability to monitor campaigns through web analytics and optimization. It will be necessary to provide regular communication of results to all stakeholders (internal and external).
The successful incumbent of this highly visible post will have an in-depth understanding of the full marketing funnel and the way in which the channels interact with one another. You will be able to test all elements of each campaign including creative, targeting and landing pages and will be able to spot the opportunities for improving campaign performance. This will all be done by tapping into the expertise within your squads and through a forensic approach to campaign planning to achieve strategic success.
For each campaign, you will be responsible for project management from plan to launch and then from launch to monitoring results. You will be responsible for making tweaks to improve results and boost revenue.
The successful candidate will be full of ideas, drive and passion. You will have the ability to influence your squads, be able to present results across the wider business. You will have a head for figures and analysis and take a proactive approach to driving change and improvement.
Desired Skill and Knowledge:
- Demonstrable evidence of analytical skill and experience of working with multi-channel marketing related data.
- The ability to create and own large scale omni-channel campaigns.
- Experience of managing multiple projects, small teams and varied campaign portfolios
- You will have excellent attention to detail, this will involve written and oral communication and the ability to deliver results to a variety of stakeholders.
- You will be reliable and have a bold approach to negotiation and problem solving.
- You should have demonstrable experience of managing teams within an Agile methodology, this will include the ability to think strategically, commercially and creatively.
- A degree in Marketing or Business would be advantageous but is not essential
