Key Responsibilities

  • To support with the delivery of full digital marketing strategies across three well known sporting venues in the London region.
  • You will be expected to take responsibility for campaign creation and management of digital acquisition channels to include PPC, display and paid social. In addition, the role will be involved in managing all digital retention channels such as email marketing, organic social growth and SEO.
  • You will have the capability to effectively organise and segment data and build campaigns using the existing CRM system. This will be delivered across multiple websites and CMS systems.
  • You will partner with social media platforms to ensure creative use of content to increase engagement with specified audiences.
  • You will use SEO techniques and conversion rate optimisation to ensure that organic rankings are improved and that the digital journey of customers is seamless.
  • This role includes reporting – you will use Google Analytics, social media reporting and analysis of digital data to assess the impact of each campaign delivered and ensure ROI. Yu will examine bounce rates, conversion rates and usage duration for each regional website.
  • You should be an excellent communicator, it will be essential that you can make recommendations regarding the contribution of the different marketing channels to continuously improve ROI.
  • Alongside the RMM, you will hold accountability for the digital marketing budget to deliver against targets and value for performance.
  • You will have occasional contact with external agencies and will be responsible for briefing digital campaigns and understanding their impact as required.
  • You should ensure tat client and customer relationship management requirements are adhered to across all channels. This will include manipulation and personalisation of content and communication to enhance sales including hospitality and events management.
  • You should be able to deliver a cohesive online strategy in line with company standards and across the three venues in the region. This will include effective and appropriate use of branding and logos.
