Data analytics recruitment tips that you can do to give you a competitive advantage when you’re looking for data analytics candidates.

One of the questions I keep getting asked by all the hiring managers I’m dealing with at the moment in data analytics is, what am I doing wrong? I keep missing out on candidates and I’m finding it hard to find enough candidates.

There are just some basic tips and things that you can do to give you a competitive advantage when you’re looking for data analytics candidates. I’ll start with the most important thing in my mind is the recruitment process: having the plan. Looking at the time when you’re going to be interviewing people, so you can move quickly, and you’ve got time to see people. Having a succinct per interview process so I would recommend two steps maximum. Try and fit maybe more things into one interview and make it longer but really try and move quickly. Speed is of the essence. It’s a competitive market and if you want to get the best people you need to move quickly.
