We encourage clients to opt into anonymous hiring, meaning that CVs hide information such as name, ethnicity, gender, and any content that can reveal the candidate’s identity. In this way, we hope to support clients eliminate factors that could result in unconscious bias and keep the recruitment process inclusive.
