We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing & Strategy with previous experience of building and leading marketing campaigns at the most sophisticated level. As Head of PM&S you'll be an innovative marketer with in-depth attention to detail, excellent written and face-to-face communication skills, and proven experience building and growing relationships across internal and external teams.
The company is a pioneer within the Digital Medi/Health-Tech sector. Since their launch in 2012 they have used the latest digital technologies to lead the way with how medical professionals gather their knowhow and develop their industry skills. They are looking to continue their natural growth and expansion plans and are looking for the Head of PM&S to help take them to the next level.
You will lead, grow and develop the performance marketing team, whilst being instrumental in driving the overall strategy, budget and online customer acquisition. Naturally, you'll have close relationships with other team leads and cross-functional teams.
• 8+ years of customer acquisition / digital marketing experience in a leadership or executive role.
• A deep understanding of the frameworks for building cross-channel, multi-touch attribution, and analytics.
• Extensive knowledge in SEM incl. SEO and SEA, ASO.
• A highly analytical orientation, with experience in a rigorous performance data environment and the desire to test and learn.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insights that drive successful marketing programs.
• Understanding of and respect for the role of creative teams in overall brand-building as well as the responsibility of data and analytics to support decision-making.
• Enthusiastic about performance marketing with team player mentality.
• Ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills/ German would be a bonus
