CRM Account Director
My client is a Top 15 rated Digital Marketing agency that deliver CRM programmes for some of the leading brands. Their solutions provide the complete integrated solution including Data, Technology, Planning and Strategy, Creative, Communications and multi –channel Campaign build and execution.
The Account Director will be responsible for 3 or 4 major clients with a combined GP value of £1.5-2million per annum. You and your team will be responsible for the delivery of the clients multi channel CRM programmes. The key duties include owning senior client relationships, delivery of CRM programmes on time and to budget, management of client services team and building effective relationships with the agencies internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
Skills and experience required:
- Must have owned and successfully managed senior client relationships
- Must have experience of delivering multi channel CRM programmes
- Ideally work for a CRM agency
- Commercially astute
- Team management
- Great influencing skills
