CRM Database Manager

A leading not-for-profit organisation are looking for a driven CRM Database Manager to take ownership, and be responsible for the data and CRM Database within the organisation.

The organisation is currently updating its CRM system to the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365. The project will also include several functionality improvements, process improvements and investment into training.

As CRM Database Manager, you will be the point of contact for all data and CRM related activities, provide relevant subject matter expertise to all staff and provide training to new and existing users.

This is a hands-on role where you will maximise the benefits from data analysis, provide clear processes and procedures for the CRM and Data Management and own all CRM documentation and changes.

This role will report into the Chief Operating Officer and you will be interacting with senior stake holders, so excellent communication skills are a must.

Finally, you will an important team member within a small outgoing organisation, so you will need to be a real team player with strong interpersonal skills.
