An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Analytics professional who would thrive on managing a very successful data and insight team within a leading and respected agency. This would be suitable for a Senior/Group Analyst or Analytics Manager looking for their first “Head of” role.
Working within a leading Data-Marketing agency, you will be responsible for leading a driven data team, overseeing work, managing projects and managing client’s expectations.
The head of Marketing Analytics will work across the business, collaborating with Client Services, CRM and other Marketing teams, developing and planning analytical and strategic road-maps, to shape and deliver client projects on time and to budget.
As Head of Marketing you will need to have hands-on experience with data modelling (predictive, propensity), segmentation and other forms of deep-dive analysis, (ideally using SPSS, SAS or R) You will also have strong team leadership experience and be an excellent communicator, who is comfortable in front of clients and senior stakeholders.
Key skills and experiences
- Ideally 7-9 years analytics experience
- Strong data modelling and analytics skills using SAS, SPSS or R.
- Excellent Team building and leadership skills
- An in-depth knowledge for data-driven marketing
- A love for Retail and luxury sectors
- Strong experience analysing customer data
