Are you a Digital Project Manager with experience in client focused software delivery projects? Do you excel in managing clients and internal teams concurrently to achieve your goals? We have an immediate demand for high level candidates of this nature who are looking to make an immediate positive impact.
Working with and reporting to the Head of Operations you will be involved with the following:
- Develop effective relationships to gain/maintain a deep understanding of projects, client activities and business priorities.
- Participate as required in client facings aspects of new account implementation and development.
- Prioritise and maintain multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.
- Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients, which could include an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.
- Provide problem solving, troubleshooting and system consultation as needed for client.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent would be ideal.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar project delivery/implementation role, ideally in a technology or software as a service environment.
- Worked heavily on mobile app projects using native iOS and Android.
- Strong client management skills and ability to execute.
