Purple Square Consulting required a team of 7 Unica Campaign Analysts to work onsite at a major retail client. They had been advertising on job boards, their own website, LinkedIn, using an IT recruitment agency and asking for referrals within their own network. After 2 months, they could not find the right level of candidates required and they were going live with a 3 year contract in 10 weeks time.

Bodhi Resourcing were retained on an exclusive basis, due to their experience and reputation of recruiting Unica Campaign candidates.

Zane O'Driscoll I worked closely with the client to establish which transferable skills and tools we could look at, with a view to cross training to Unica. We developed a strong value proposition to help sell the opportunity to passive candidates. I used a range of methods including research and expanding on Bodhi’s existing talent maps and headhunting through different channels such as social media, email and attendance at events.

We identified a strong shortlist of candidates and organised a interview day that included an SQL test.”


The whole process took 5 weeks from the initial brief to offers accepted and we successfully hired 7 candidates as well as a reserve who was also offered a role. PurpleSquare were able to start the contract with a full team, deliver against SLA’s and the feedback from the client has been very positive.

Since starting 2 of the analysis we provided have been promoted.
